MY HUSBAND SISTER-ZONED ME...!

I’ve heard of single guys and ladies lamenting of being placed in the friend zone/brother zone/sister zone and nobody likes it, especially when you desire to belong in the boyfriend/girlfriend zone. Imagine my shock then when I found out I had been sister zoned, worse still by Bobo!!!I never esperrrred it. Ok, let me tell you what happened:

Bobo and I were driving home, I can’t remember what radio station we were listening to but I’d like to believe it was ChazB because that’s where we’re tuned in to most evenings on our drive home: I love that show especially now that he includes Stephen with a PH and Chike, oga of Emotional Intelligence...EI for everything! You hear the most ridiculous stories there and it makes you wonder...is this really happening in our society?!

Anyways, we were laughing about something and Bobo ended his laugh and sighed “My sister”….what followed was silence. Sister nibo? I looked at him “What did you just say”?He refused to turn fully my way but was “unlooking”…I see. So I’m his sister now ba? He mumbled and mumbled excuses about how he did not know when he said it, the thing just jabo…me I was busy somersaulting in my mind…brethren, my husband just sister zoned me after all the efo riro I make for him! I’m flabberwhelmed and overghasted!

E jor o, you were all here when we did wedding in July, how many months ago be that? E don reach 6 months? Mba. 3 months plus pere and my husband has sister zoned me, that means e no go reach two years before he go mommy zone me…aiye mi oh! We will now be calling each other Mummy and Daddy like some of our parents do….na from clap e go enter dance. This has to stop! I cannot take it...

Where did I go wrong? I mean, what could I have done to make my tear-rubber husband call his tear-rubber wife , “sister”. I’m suspecting it’s because of my messy messy behavior…I fart in his presence too often now but he returns the favour too! Couples do that don't they? Oh dear...could that be a reason??? Where have I gone wrong? E ma gba mi!

Please my friends tell me what I need to do to get out of the sister zone…it’s paining me oh!I thought the friend zone was bad until I discovered this sister zone ...H E L P! Have you ever been zoned? How did you get out of it? :D

Ps. Don't forget to vote for me at the ELOY AWARDS. Thank you!

  6. Lol! Sister zoning is not bad though, a good marriage the couples have phases where they play all parts; mummy, sister, baby and back to wife. There's a good side to being sister zoned, fear not. Looooooooool!

  9. I even still saw you people cheesing on the billboard on my way to the airport just this Sunday, so I'm a witness to the tear-rubberness of the marriage. Lol. To some men, mummy, pronounced 'mohmi' is the highest form of compliment and flattery. Don't knock it till you've tried it. Lol. Pele. Maybe a threat to withhold efo riro privileges will engender some actright. But forgive and forget. Na laugh cause am.

  31. This your post is hilarious , I don't think there's anything wrong in farting in front of your husband, well as for me my husband farts a lot and will even force me to stay with him in the same room but I don't fart when he is around at least not intentional, PS:I love your posts
