MONDAY CHIT-CHAT : S W E E T N O V E M B E R

Oh sweet beautiful November and I’m already counting down to Christmas…52 more days my friends, 52 more days! Countdown with me! Happy New Month! I love November for no reason at all. Are you November born? Let me kknow, I just my have a present for you! Speaking of presents, do you follow me on twitter? I had 2 giveaways on Sunday, so it's not just on the blog oh! My twitter is @Sisi_Yemmie . As usual the first the leave a comment wins airitme recharge!

Please do me a favour today: please just take 2 minutes to vote for me at the ELOY Awards…it will soon end oh! All you need to do is 1 or 3 listed below:
*shines teeth* Thank you, God bless.

I feel one kind…lately I said I've been meeting a lot of you, my readers, it makes me very very excited. This weekend alone I met at least 4 ladies that read my blog, all of them married with a kid or two! How come you people don’t na comment when I post ehn? Is there a reason why? Ehen, you know I have an advise column that I post when I get questions and I will love it if you leave your comments often especially as you’re very experienced ladies….the world needs your wisdom! :D

I’m letting laziness get the best of me…this weekend I took out my braids…I hate going to the salon but I had no option than to go on Saturday, the drama I met there sef is story for another day. The highlight of my weekend was going to Jevinik with Bobo…see, I’ve been to Jevinik over 50 times, I deserve a loyalty card, what is interesting is this: every time I go to Jevinik I only eat pounded yam, goat meat and native soup…E V E R Y T I M E! Please what is this native soup? The thing dey totori me every time. Somebody teach me how to cook it so I won’t collapse the day Jevinik stops selling it, or the day I move too far from Jevinik. God bless you as you enrich the ministry.
Jevinik's native soup
On Sunday I really didn't do anything outdoorsy exciting, I stayed home and worked (for my blog), did 2 product reviews which you’ll be seeing soon and just tried to keep up with blogging. I felt very fulfilled with that, later on me and my ayamatanga hair went out grocery shopping. At one point Bobo looked at me and said:

Bobo “ When are you going to make this hair?

Me: Are you saying I’m looking ugly?

Bobo: “Errrrrr no but when are you making it? “

And the way he was looking at the hair as if hyenas were about to jump out of it and pounce on him. I’m going to make my hair, let it rest from the braids I just took out. That day I was looking weird is when I met a lot of you guys too…LOL. Isn’t that typical?! The day you go out looking what you term “your worst” is when you run into everybody!
For better for worse hair days :D
Oh! I did makeup on my mom’s face for a wedding she was going to, I always enjoy doing that. Isn’t she lovely? :D

Mommy dearest
I met a lady over the weekend that gave my faith some boost: she was gisting Bobo and I about how she had to wait about 6 years or so before having a baby. The conversation started when I told her that her son was so cute, the little boy had full brows and long lashes and he was soooo chubby, the kain pikin wey people like to use as point of contact!

She told us about how having gotten pregnant, she went to the hospital and was told to abort the baby because he was malformed or something sha weird, she refused to go back there and went to another hospital instead...the story is long sha of how this boy happened but what I picked from it was her faith and determination!   She said her thought pattern was this "even if I fall from 10 story building, nothing will happen to my pregnancy"...that was the level of her faith oh. You should see the chubby fine boy, over form dey worry am sef and one doctor now said he was malformed, imagine if she listened an aborted...it's important whose report you believe!

There is nothing TOO BIG that God cannot do especially if you exercise  your faith...it's getting to the end of the year and I'm sure a lot of us are already taking stock...don't worry. The thing wey no happen January to October fit still happen!Do you believe?

Have a fabulous week!
