REVIEW: BRAZZERIE RESTAURANT BUFFET | FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON

I remember I promised a ROBUST review of the Buffet I had (been having) at the Brazzerie Restaurant, Four Points by Sheration, that was way back in November 2013. Be prepared for the food overload you'll get in this post, if you never chop today, please stop reading right now. Or else....you go chop your screen. I've been here about four times now, the first time while I was trying to take photos with my olejugbuma camera, one man asked why I was doing it, I explained to him that I was a blogger, so he told me his wife was a food blogger too, that's how I got introduced to KitchenButterfly. Check out her blog. Her husband was so nice, he kept suggesting the best angles to capture the food well, the kind of gymnastics I did that day ehn... Thank you Sir! LOL.

WHO I WENT
I have been to Four Points now severally! The first time was with Bobo, Miss Chic and Trace Scorch ( don't mind these nicknames), the other time was with Fumostic, Riwostic aka Efo Riwo and Miss Chic. The last time I was there was with Simi, so I have had good company every time I've been there.

LOOKEY-FEELEY
The ambiance of that Restaurant is lovely, it can feel a little bit crowded though. I love the decor and the colours; it is styled according to the contemporary French Brasserie them. The dishes are always arranged nicely and neatly, very very inviting. When I went there on a Friday evening it was not crowded, but when I went for that Sunday brunch...ah! Gbo gbo Lagos naim dey inside there, it was like reunion, people I haven't seen in years, I met there. So choose the day you you go there.

HOSPITALITY

I am big on hospitality, if I dey pay my money you have to treat me well and I've never been disappointed.  On one occasion the Chef spoke to me and encouraged me to try some of their new dishes that I would typically shy away from. Right from the door I was welcomed properly and service was always on point. I have to give a shout out to Kehinde, one of the managers, I spoke to her and she was very lovely, even allowed my photographs!

WHAT I HAD

Bearing in mind that I've visited there more than once, I did not consume all the food in the pictures below in one sitting, so make una nor send me for deliverance, these pictures are accumulated. Trust me sha, I sha tasted everything. Look, salivate and be blessed.

DAMAGE DONE
The price is not bad at all oh, every time I go there I pay N6000 and does not include drinks. I still insist that any restaurant serving buffet should give water for free, at least. I would say the price is decent considering the other restaurants with buffet I've been to. Tell me, do you think N6000 is too expensive? Considering the variety that they have?

VERDICT

Do I still need to give a verdict? Four Points is the only buffet I've been to more than twice and that's because of the standard of their buffet, and the price. It's somewhere I can just branch off to if I'm feeling very ravenous ( which is almost everyday).  I will go over, and over again and hope one day I get a discount card. My favourite dish there was one potato dish, I suspect it is the Potato Dauphinois... I loooooooved it! I think it is quiet fattening too. LOL. I wasn't totally feeling some of their native soups sha...but most of the dishes were delicious!

HOW MANY LOVES?
Have you been to The Brazzerie Restaurant at FourPoints By Sheraton? What did you think?

  1. Very nice! But mehn - The picturessss! I'm salivating irrespective of my will
I've eaten there once and it was quite nice minus the having to pay for water! I join your campaign - FREE water (at least) at buffets..
Also, N6000 is quite fair for now but I bet it would reduce once restaurant buffets are a dime a dozen! (I look forward to that :-)
