MONDAY CHIT-CHAT: GRAMMY'S, BIG NIGERIAN WEDDING, KEEP KEEPING ON!

My people how far? How was your weekend?  Did you watch the Grammy's this weekend? I didn't and it's paining me :(, but one thing I'm happy about is I misplaced my purse and I found it! That's after a broke week cos my atm cards were in my purse. Thank God I found it! I guess I can see snippets of it on YouTube. The first to leave a comment on this post  + email address wins airtime recharge! So don't miss that awoof oh!!!
Meeeen…traffic in Lagos this morning tie wrapper with gele sef…whaaaat! Crazy! Hmmm...God dey. So how was my weekend? Fine o, I thank God…I spent it house hunting and I think I may have found a place…house hunting is not easy in Lagos…I literally drive around my area looking for TO LET banners on houses…In fact if you’re looking for a house especially in Magodo I will be your agent because I know all the available properties. I’m serious oh. LOL

I spent most of my Friday evening in traffic sha…just like that. By the time I got home I just off cloth, baff and  sleep. Oh but not without eating dinner which was one unfortunate almost sour jollof I bought from City Mall on my way home. That place where they sell suya and sharwarmar.  Yama yama tins.

I made my hair on Saturday, it was environmental sanitation that day so I got to the salon at about past 11:00 am…do you know I didn't leave till like 4:00 pm? They washed and steamed, applied protein treatment and then styled my hair-chei…my Saturday disappeared right before my eyes. Then I had to go home to rest, do my chores, cook, view more houses and prepare for Monday WHILE checking my hair every 5 minutes in a mirror…I've never really rocked this my natural hair since I started growing it.  I don't know how I feel about short hair. I styled it differently today though. But here's a picture of my mini dada yesterday. LOL
On Sunday I went to Church and it was awesome…I enjoyed it. The pastor talked about how accidents mostly happen on smooth straight roads more often than on roads that are known to have bends and potholes, why? Because when the road is free people just go on high speed and are less careful but with rough roads nobody will tell you to drive jejely…that was so profound!

After church I hooked up with my lovely friend Biodun, fine girl no pimples only dimples. Check out the babe… LOL I also filmed an outfit of the day (thanks Bobo) which I can’t wait to show you sometime this week, maybe tomorrow? I'm so excited about the video. We spent time taking pictures too... See love in Tokyo below...
Later on we went to Yellow Chilli, Bobo has never been and I think he enjoyed his yam porridge, but my Yam Porridge is better than this sha. LOL. Why didn't I cook instead? LOL. I had jollof rice and fresh fish, washed it down with Chapman. Hmmmm yummy in my tummy. Check out my Review for Yellow Chilli HERE

Please my people, I need your help again oh. Remember that My Big Nigerian Wedding you voted for Bobo and I last year? Well with your help we got to round two!Whoopeee! This means that we have a chance at winning this wedding thing oh…only if you vote. So please, vote for Bobo and I by clicking HERE! Tell your friends, family, colleagues....you can vote everyday! The picture below is what we used...(yep that's me before I started reviewing these Lagos restaurants and bukas. LOL)

Here's this week's Short & Sweet, it's titled Keep Keeping On... you can download it too!
