My Friday evening was spent in bed resting! Last week was so stressful for me and una know say body nor be firewood, I gats to rest and strategize for the new week. I wanted to see a movie but I jejely bought Shawarma, downed Malta Guinness and called it a day! I cannot come and go and kill myself.
On Saturday was Spa time for me…remember when I got a treat from BNatural Med Spa on my BIRTHDAY? See the post HERE. Well I carried some of it over and when for my final awoof. It was a Moroccan Hammam experience, what is Moroccan Hammam? I will tell you in another post, but it is basically you in a room, steamed like chicken and treated with oils. The woman naked me, wash my whole body, I mean every gaddem part of my body. I felt so exposed. LOL.
Well...Sunday I went to Church and the thing wey pastor talk ehn, it inspired me to be productive. It was all about taking it one day at a time, set a goal for each day and follow it through, you will see how much you've achieved within a week! I'm going to start doing that! After Church I went to Federal Palace Hotel, it was my first time there and of course I went for their buffet, I ain't got time if it isn't "All You Can Eat"...
For a while now I've been thinking of doing audio recordings and I decided to stop procrastinating...this is my first one, it's going to be called Short & Sweet : It is basically short bursts of inspirational messages, audio recorded!
