I have some recipes that I whip up when there's food emergency in my home and this is one of them - On the way home from work one can easily purchase Suya that will be transformed into a lovely meal for dinner. My family and I have enjoyed this dish as lunch or dinner using left over Suya and it is delicious! Today, it will be brunch so cook with me! If you want me to share more recipes/videos like this, let me know. Bon Appetit!
