WE ARE TWINNING: SEE THE ANKARA MINI-ME COLLECTION FROM RUFF 'N' TUMBLE!

My Titos and I are twinning in Ankara oh! Trending now in the fashion industry is the “Mini-Me” and “Twinny” look. We are more familiar with the phrase “and co”, most popularly known as wearing the same garment, fabric or style with someone else. Today, “and co” has been slightly re-defined and has taken a different twist in fashion. This dress I have on was soooo pretty- and it covered all my flabs! I felt comfortable in it while still looking fab oh, and I loved how it was matching Tito's shirt. The cuffs of his shirt was made from the same fabric as my dress. You can see behind the scene's of our fun shoot HERE

Fashion brands have created a niche market by designing miniature versions of adult garments, mainly for mothers and their kids. So, it’s not just about wearing the same look with someone but it’s also about a mother or father and their child sharing something special. As well as creating a memorable experience together and expressing their special bond and selfless pride of associating with each other by wearing complimentary looks together.

Ruff ’n’ Tumble, the most dynamic, creative and fun children’s fashion company in Africa has partnered with Tae, a distinctive, aspirational Nigerian brand to offer mothers and their kids matching garments to enhance their relationships while creating exciting experiences together.

From a simple casual hang out to that fun party, the Ankara Mini-Me Collection gives mothers the opportunity to express the bond and relish the pure joy of time spent with their children while “twinning” together. The collection consists of matching mother and child looks and is inspired by dynamic, youthful, fashionable and trendy mothers as well as warm, loving and outgoing children.

Mothers can find a versatile wrap dress that will give them that “wear anywhere elegance”. To complement the dress, Ruff ’n’ Tumble has designed a mix of western and ethnic fashion pieces for children. The collection is brand new and was launched in celebration of Mother’s Day on March 6th, 2016. The collaboration comes from two businesses driven by inspiring women; Adenike Ogunlesi, Founder, Ruff ’n’ Tumble and Bisola Edun, Founder, Tae

The Ankara Mini-Me Fashion Collection is now available in selected Ruff ’n’ Tumble stores nationwide. I got one of the pretty skirt for my friends daughter when she turned one last weekend...it was so cute - it was from the Ruff 'N' Tumble store at The Palms. 8. Sisi why do you always long us with your vlog though. I suggest you at least give your audience a set day of the week of when to expect it or make an announcement if it is late. One thing that makes most youtube gurus successful is consistency. It will go a long way for your vlog. And I know you are thinking, do I owe you people. But trust me consistency is key. There are times I log in and dont see the vlog so I keep it moving only for me to have to catch up on it weeks later. I am suggesting to you on how to truly grown your fan base. Just like Toke, when the vlog is late, she apologizes or at least explains why to her fans. I think you should do the same.

    1. I know her set vlog upload day is Monday but because of the electricity outages that is sometimes difficult for her to commit to. I noticed that when the vlog isn't posted on Mondays, she always posts it the following day (Tuesday) which I appreciate.
