VALENTINE'S DAY IDEAS FOR BUSY PARENTS

For busy parents, Valentine's Day can be a challenge to fit into your already hectic schedule. Our Valentine's Day will always be extraordinary because the baby of the house was born on Valentine's Day, so we will celebrate. Here are some great ideas to celebrate the special day without having to break the bank or your schedule:

  • Create a Valentine’s Day scavenger hunt: Hide little gifts, notes, and treats around the house for your kids to find throughout the day.
  • Plan a movie night: Make it special with homemade popcorn, festive decorations, and cozy blankets.
  • Make a special dinner: Even if you’re short on time, you can make a delicious meal that’s easy to prepare and if you have space you can have this dinner in your backyard, dress up and go on a date, in your backyard! LOL. See how we did ours HERE
  • Be creative: Play a game, do a craft, or even bake something together!
  • Have a picnic indoors: Spread out a blanket on the floor and have a mini picnic, complete with snacks and drinks.
  • Write love letters: Let your kids know how much you love them with a heartfelt letter.
  • Have a romantic dance party: Put on some of your favorite tunes and show your kids how much fun it can be to just dance around!
  • Have a family photo shoot: Take some special photos of your family to cherish forever.
  • Have a heart-to-heart: Take a few minutes to talk to your kids and tell them why you love them.

We hope these ideas help you make Valentine's Day a special day for your family.
