Review: Look At That FOOD! 805 Restaurant London !

WHERE I WENT

805 Restaurant, London. (Ps. The journey was long, because we had to take so many

trains to get there! )My! my!! my!!!

                                                               THE OBSERVERS

I went there with my lovely friend, Diane...she told me about this place and made my mouth water in advance. I have to confess,we went to this restaurant early 2011 and I looked into my drafts and saw this post, so why not upload it? lol

LOOKY-FEELY

The general feel of the restaurant was "Nigerian", but of course! What was I expecting?

The environment was alright but I can't describe it properly because I was starving and

I wanted to see the FOOD! Where is the FOOD? You know I don't play with my FOOD!

HOSPITALITY

I would rate the service 5 out of 10. It took almost 45 minutes for our food to arrive even
though food was landing on other people's table left, right, center! When we ordered our
'nkwobi', we were told there was none left, I travelled from Birmingham to London for
this! I was so disappointed! Later on the manager announced there WAS nkwobi! I wonder
why waiter said there was none... but we thank God there was some , if not! Wahala go dey.

WHAT I DID

We ordered for barbecue fish and dodo (fried plantain), and because we couldn't say no, we ordered for nkwobi as well as jollof rice. Don't ask me where all that food went...LOL. I was starving! I wanted everything on the menu. The fish ended up as "take away" sha.

DAMAGE DONE

We both spent £21 each. Not a bad bargain for good Nigerian food.

  1. First to comment! Yayy baby.
My sister went there on yesterday. She's been raving on and on about it.
I went there a couple of years ago. I had the barbecued fish and plantain with the pepper sauce. It was lovely. It's so cheap. Just £21? For everything? :-0

    1. Awwwww. I love TWP! However, she's a fashion/style blogger, I don't see how that relates with restaurant reviews. Plagiarism is serious oh, did we write word for word? Anyways, there are so many blogs all over the world that do these reviews as well, it cannot be claimed as someone's original idea. That being said, I hope you continue to love my blog and welcome the new features! Thank you.
