Ekuru has been described by some as the Food of the gods or Ounje Agba. It can be called Ekuru or Ofuloju ore Eko. It is such a nostalgic Nigerian Recipe and is similar to Moin-moin. It is so easy to make and really delicious - paired with the Ekuru Sauce!
