6 THINGS YOU SHOULDN'T SAY IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP

sisiyemmie

Some people don't think saying these things mean anything...it's not that serious... They assume once you say it and say sorry bygones will be bygones....but no! Your partner will always remember your words. Don't let any amount of see-finish make you start saying these yamayama things and if you already do, please stop!

INSULTS
...Like "goat", "idiot"," mumu", "fool" ....mba nu. Don't do that. For some people calling someone "goat" is not a big deal....you might have done it growing up with your siblings or your close friends but please leave it there. That is abuse...e nor good.

HOW TO MAINTAIN ORIGINALITY AND UNIQUENESS AS A BLOGGER

Last week I was invited as a speaker (Eees like this speaking thing is my new career oh) at the Leverage Conference in Lagos State University. When I was contacted at first I really didn't want to do it because you know when I get in public oju m'an timi = my eyes are pushing me =  I am shaming shy.  However the convener Abraham was persistent-oh he was! I gave in!

I tried to prepare for this speech but I couldn't think of anything to say. I had at leat 2 months to prepare oh! On the day I got there prepare to bulldoze them with bullshit but God intervened. LOL. I did have a few points written down on my phone but it was more like skeletons, I needed to make my speech robust so I need flesh.

Just before I spoke Chigul's video was played and that was not my first time watching it but she ministered to me and gave me the flesh for my speech. Thank you Chigul for being my inspiration  and case study.

So how do you maintain originality and uniqueness as blogger? Make I no lie, e hard die!!! There are so many of us!There are lifestyle bloggers like me, tech bloggers, fashion bloggers, food bloggers, gossip bloggers  and more. How can you stand out from the crowd?

STORY TIME: MY PREGNANCY AND BIRTH EXPERIENCE IN NIGERIA!

My people how body? Today is the day I nack una my pregnancy and birth experience. A lot of you wanted to know what happened and I'm sharing it in this video. Brethren, this is not the kain tory wey people dey write, I just had to film it (because I know some of you are complaining that these days na so so video), don't worry, more text posts coming from me soon. So you don't miss any of my videos click HERE to SUBSCRIBE (It's free!) You can also follow me on Instagram :D

Hmmmm my experience was not nice at all oh and let me just say that next time before I get the belle sef I go don plan where to born the pikin by God's grace. I had quite a nasty experience for a first timer and I know say e nor suppose be like that.

One point I will always note is this: if you're going for any important procedure in a Nigerian hospital

1. Make sure you always ask questions (they don't like answering sha but ASK!)
2. Carry somebody sharp with you because the biggest problem with Nigerian Hospitals is negligence! Once they know they are being monitored they sit up.
3. Do your research, some of these hospitals are just "names"...find people who have had experiences.

Above all PRAY! I hope you enjoy the video: please share your birth experience with me!!!

LIFE IN LAGOS : SISI WEEKLY #17 - HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

One day I will.  I know I've been yammering about my recently acquired orobo status so I decided I would make a dress (I was waiting till I lekpa before making a new dress) but I made one anyway because the reason for the orobo is a joyous one so I will enjoy it while it lasts. Team #Curvy :D ...So I made a dress and went to Church rejoicing yesterday.

BREASTFEEDING CHALLENGE: HOW I STARTED PRODUCING MORE BREASTMILK :D

What a topic abi? LOL. A lot of new mom's have faced this challenge. I did and I want to share from my experience how I started producing more breastmilk since I complained in a previous vlog that milk no dey. But I need to give a bit of history:

Immediately I had the baby, my first breastfeeding experience was so painful!!! I was confused. Nobody told me it was going to be like this, why didn't anyone warn me??? I woke up from deep sleep to find Titobi sucking away with all his might and I screamed...yeeeeeeee! The nurse looked at me like "what is doing this one"? There were two of them. One proceeded to grab one breast, massaging it ferociously, while the other held the baby and placed in on the other breast. Can you imagine the scenario?
